Yes, the seller was very responsive and cooperative at every stage of my order. As for this doll, it is very good. the TPE material gives a really realistic feel, especially in places where there is a lot of volume, such as thighs, hips and chest. The feet are as necessary as can be. The doll itself is very heavy and takes up a lot of space. I would advise anyone looking to buy this model to make sure they have enough room to store it and not carry it around too much. Otherwise, perhaps it would be better to choose a lighter/smaller doll.
